The plain version of how we work — what you're agreeing to when you book a seat, buy a ticket, or use this site. Nothing here is meant to surprise you.

Tickets & bookings

Workshop seats, both-day passes, and premiere tickets are booked through the tour pages. A booking is confirmed once payment clears. Seats are limited and allocated in the order they're paid for. Prices are listed per city and shown in the currency at checkout.

Refunds

This is the whole refund policy — the same one printed in the tour FAQ:

• 30+ days before your city's date. Full refund, no questions.
• 14–30 days out. 50% refund.
• Inside 14 days. Tickets are transferable to a mate, but not refundable.
• Genuine emergencies. We try to be human about it — email us and we'll talk.

Transfers

Can't make it? You can pass your seat to someone else at any time — just let us know the new attendee's name and email so we can update the booking and send them the details.

Changes to the schedule

Venues, dates, and line-ups can shift while the tour is being locked in. If a date moves materially or a city is cancelled, we'll contact you and offer a transfer to another city or a full refund — your choice.

What's supplied — and what isn't

Cameras, lighting, audio, and grip are supplied in the room. For the post sessions you'll want your own laptop with DaVinci Resolve installed (the free version is fine) and a fast SSD if you want to walk out with the footage. Travel, accommodation, and meals are yours to arrange unless stated otherwise.

Footage & credits

Each city's music video is released by the artist after the tour, and crew on the day are credited. Behind-the-scenes material may be used in our own films, documentary follow-ups, and promotion. By attending, you agree you may appear in photography and video captured at the event.

The words, images, films, and designs on cineartistlabs.com belong to Cine Artistlabs unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to share links. Please don't copy or reuse the content commercially without asking first.
